About Us

Welcome to Three Beaches Holiday Apartments in Paignton, Devon. Owned and run me, Jo and my little boy Arthur along with our rescue greyhound Freddie. Since 2017 I have literally built this holiday accommodation business from the ground up, and from top to bottom. Formally known as Tregarth, our holiday apartments have been completely rebuilt, refurbished and modernised for our guests to enjoy for years to come.

Three Beaches comprises of three spacious and modern holiday apartments as well as a vintage caravan called the Beachcomber. The caravan is on site and has been refitted and updated inside with modern furnishings and utilities. We are just yards from the beach and enjoy fantastic sea views across Torbay and beyond. We have a communal garden area complete with decking and picnic tables and on-site car parking too.

We live on-site in a private apartment on the ground floor and this means I am able to welcome you as well as ensure you have anything you need during your stay with us. We are also happy to help if you need some local knowledge on the best places to visit or the closest shops to pick up anything you need. 

We are a dog friendly accommodation and Devon is a great area to bring your four legged friends for a holiday! Did you know that in a recent survey, Devon ranked no.2 in the country for being the best place to raise a dog? Well it’s no surprise with the amount of dog friendly beaches, dog friendly pubs and green spaces around Devon. We love having dogs to stay and they love staying with us.
